About Us – Vita Properties & Vita International

Vita Properties – www.vitaproperties.uk was established in London in 2011 by Oliver Kent, who had gained a first class reputation over more than ten years for completing upmarket lettings and sales transactions in North West and Central London. The company built its reputation as a result of unsurpassed local knowledge and a very personalised and trusted approach to customer service. In 2016, The idea of expanding the ‘Vita’ Brand abroad was considered and as a result, a new company was formed, Vita International, leveraging off the success of the Vita brand but run as an entirely new business, creating a new niche Travel concept in the holiday / short term property rental market in and around Marbella, Spain.

Roy, Oliver’s father who is based in Marbella has over 40 years of experiencing in building highly successful customer service orientated businesses, devised a business plan to create a ‘Hosted Vacation Rental’ business complemented by a complete range of ‘Concierge services’ Vita International. Vita International Concierge was launched fully late in 2017 and had its first successful season in the summer of 2018.

With the benefit of having experienced support and guidance of the Vita team in London, the new business has got great credentials to rely upon. Complementing to this is a service which combines identified key ingredients which give clients complete peace of mind and added value.

For clients, arriving at their holiday destination knowing that the property has already been personally visited and assessed by one of the Vita International team, ensures that both the essential requirements such as quality Internet and all facilities are up to standard. Further enhancements are personalised Meet and Greet, Vita VIP branded quality linen and towels and Worldwide TV options, make the overall proposition both unique and fundamentally essential for our demanding and discerning clients.
